Is The Clear Reset a physical or digital product?
Digital. The Clear Reset is delivered as a PDF download. No physical product will be shipped.
When will I receive my workbook?
Immediately. A download link is sent to your email within minutes of purchase. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder before reaching out.
What device do I need to use The Clear Reset?
The Clear Reset is a digital PDF designed for tablets and digital planner apps. It works best with Notability (free), GoodNotes, Noteshelf, or Xodo on an iPad. You can also open it on a phone or computer using any PDF reader, though the tablet experience is most intuitive.
Do I need a stylus or Apple Pencil?
Not required. A stylus makes for the most natural writing experience, but you can also type directly into the workbook with your keyboard. Either works.
Can I print The Clear Reset?
The Clear Reset is designed for digital use, but you’re welcome to print it for personal use. The format is optimized for tablets, so the file works best digitally.
Can I share my download with a friend?
The Clear Reset is licensed for personal use only. If a friend would love it, please share the love by sending them to theclearremedy.com. Every purchase supports a small, independent brand.
Do I have to complete the workbook in 30 days in a row?
Not at all. The Clear Reset is yours to move through at your own pace. The structure is designed for 30 consecutive days, but life happens — and that’s exactly why we built in Grace Pages for the days you miss. There’s no wrong way to use it.
Can I use the workbook on multiple devices?
Yes. Once downloaded, the file is yours to save and open on any device that supports PDFs. We recommend saving a backup copy somewhere safe (like your cloud storage) so you always have access.
Will there be more workbooks from Clear Remedy?
Yes. The Clear Reset is the first of several thoughtfully designed tools we’re building. Stay close — Track Me, our 15-month lifestyle tracker, is in the works.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues with your download, please email us at hello@theclearremedy.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make it right.
